    Team building activities are essential for <\/span>improving morale<\/b> and <\/span>boosting employee engagement<\/b>. In fact, <\/span>team bonding is the lifeblood of any organization.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

    Your employees need to feel connected with both the company mission and each other to truly succeed. And team building events or activities<\/a> are one way to get there.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you’re looking for a fantastic team-building activity to enjoy with your team, <\/span>returning to the basics is always smart<\/b>. Two truths and a lie is a classic game that you’ve probably already played at one point or another.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Don’t remember how to play? All you need are some uncooked eggs and materials to make structures. <\/span>It’s a much more hands-on game than other icebreakers<\/b>, so your team will have a blast!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Divide your employees into teams, and give each team instructions on how to build a structure to protect their egg. Everyday objects like tape, cardboard, newspaper, and straws are all fair game for your structure materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The structure needs to be built <\/span>around<\/span><\/i> the egg, as the entire thing will be dropped from a certain height. If the egg <\/span>survives<\/span><\/i> (doesn’t break), that team wins or progresses to the next round.<\/span><\/p>\n

    It’s a game to see who can keep their egg from breaking. It may sound simple at first, but I’ve seen firsthand how even the most straightforward games can transform any corporate event<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    #3. <\/b>A<\/b><\/span>nyway, Whose Office Is It?<\/b><\/h2>\n

    In an increasingly remote world, it would make sense that not all of our team-building activities can be <\/span>in person<\/span><\/i>. You need to be able to adapt to accommodate your unique team!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Companies often host virtual corporate events to treat remote workers to great team-building exercises. <\/span>So, if you’re looking to find a way to create some positive memories and enjoy team camaraderie, here’s a fun activity you can try.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    All you need to do is have each of your employees send a photo of their working-from-home station. Then, everyone needs to guess whose desk is whose!<\/span><\/p>\n

    A great murder mystery game requires plenty of<\/span> preparation<\/span><\/a>, but it’s <\/span>so<\/span><\/i> rewarding in the end. First, knowing how many people will attend is important, so you know how many characters to curate. Everyone needs a unique role, and that’s the most enjoyable part!<\/span><\/p>\n

    It can be challenging for a bunch of grown-ups to stay in character. So, <\/span>announce a negative consequence if anyone <\/b>breaks character<\/i><\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

    This consequence could be anything from wearing a silly hat to being on snack duty. Anything your team doesn’t like is perfect for this!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Back-to-back drawing is a fun take on a traditional game that is a bit more <\/span>physical<\/span><\/i>. <\/span>You can play indoors or outdoors<\/b>, making it perfect for any event setting.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Start with some pieces of paper with various images on them. You can either head to a stock photography site or print shapes on paper. Think the Statue of Liberty or a Formula 1 car.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Then, divide everyone into teams of two. Have them sit back-to-back and give one person the paper with the images and the other a blank piece of paper with a pen.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The game’s objective is to have one member draw the image using only verbal cues and hints from the other member who has the image. The one describing the image cannot say what it is; they can only give general instructions on how to draw it.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Give each team two minutes to draw each shape, and the team that gets the most shapes right wins!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Your team members can genuinely bond when they’re having <\/span>fun <\/span><\/i>together. All of the best memories of our lives come from places of pure<\/span> enjoyment<\/span><\/a>!<\/span><\/p>\n

    So, treat your team to some collaborative memories they are sure never to forget<\/b>. Laser tag is fun for <\/span>everyone<\/span><\/i>, and that’s what makes it such an excellent choice for a team-building activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Here’s another simple but effective game that will get everyone’s blood racing in a positive and fun way. <\/span>Daredevil <\/b>is a game that pits two teams against each other, <\/span>and the team with the best communication skills comes out on top<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Set up an area littered with objects like shoes, books, or water bottles with a large basket in the center. Divide everyone into two teams, and ensure that the number of things in the play area is at least twice the number of players on each team.<\/span><\/p>\n

    One person from each team will be blindfolded. Then, as you call out objects, they will race against the clock to pick up the objects and put them in their respective baskets in the room’s center.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The blindfolded members can only rely on their teammates’ instructions to find the objects (including information like the object’s shape, size, texture, etc.) The team to get the object first into the basket wins that round.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Keep going until each person has a chance to be blindfolded. <\/span>The team with the most points wins!<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

    #10. <\/b>I<\/b><\/span>cebreaker Quizzes<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Everyone knows icebreakers are the best way to get people accustomed to one another. <\/b>Though they can seem clich\u00e9, you shouldn’t ignore their efficiency!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Simple icebreaker quizzes are easy to implement into your employees’ work days frequently, and you don’t need to wait for a grand company event to use them. Icebreakers are perfect for helping your team slowly grow familiar with each other comfortably.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Have you ever heard of<\/span> charades<\/span><\/a>? Here’s a simple take on a classic game to make it more interactive and creative. <\/span>Guess the object<\/b> is a short game you can play with any number of employees, so it doesn’t matter how big your team is!<\/span><\/p>\n

    It works great as an opener and is a simple game that encourages people to participate. Here’s how to play.<\/span><\/p>\n

    How To Play<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Start with one volunteer from the group. Show this person an ordinary object in the room or a photo you have on your phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This person needs to act out this object to the group without speaking. The rest of the group must guess the object (which is pretty much the same objective as charades) to win.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Other people can volunteer to act out an object until everyone has gone.<\/span><\/p>\n
